프로젝트 상세정보
담당업무:  •Drive sales and financial management to ensure meeting profit and productivity goals.
•Responsible for planning and reporting on sales performance
•Participate in administering company policies including disciplinary issues, and developing long range goals and objectives.
•Assess individual kiosks sales performance/progress; suggest and implement sales improvement programs; oversee promotional and incentive programs
•Assesses Operation managers and their teams, institute corrective action/development programs as necessary
•Oversee the recruitment and hiring of the qualified employees to meet the Sales needs.
•Oversee the training and coaching of the team to maximize sales.
•Administer company policies including disciplinary issues, and developing long range goals and objectives.
•Oversee preparation of merchandise placement and displays.
•Analyze potential of new and existing store locations and recommend additional locations/sites or closing of existing stores with a focus on growth.
•Coordinate new store openings and/ or closing of existing locations.
•Maintain proper communications with headquarters.
•Help identify and solve problems that affect the stores service, efficiency, and productivity.
•Required to visit each store location regularly and when necessary.
•Schedule and attend meetings with Mall/Mart managers as necessary.
•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 
경력 및 자격요건:  •At least 8years of sales management experience as well as oversight experience within a retail environment, prior supervisory experience preferred
•Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, and provide instructions to all area employees.
•Highly organized, excellent time management skills.
•Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
•Highly Proficient in English Speaking
•Highly Proficient in Microsoft office programs, including excel and Outlook
•Ability to travel as necessary
